ajout build Docker automatisé via GitHub Actions

- Ajout workflow GitHub Actions pour build automatique des images Docker
  - Configuration publication sur GitHub Container Registry (ghcr.io)
  - Mise à jour docker-compose.yml pour utiliser l'image hébergée
  - Support build multi-plateforme et étiquetage automatique
